The meeting point will be in front of the hotel’s main entrance. Join us for a short, informal gathering to open the conference in a relaxed atmosphere. Please note that the Welcome Cocktail is not intended to replace a full dinner. Catering will include canapés, finger food and a selection of cold dishes. A welcome toast will be served, and beer, wine and soft drinks will be available throughout the evening. The programme will also feature live musical accompaniment by a cimbalom band, offering guests a taste of traditional Czech folk music.
