IHSS&IWA26 / BRNO / CZECHIA / 23–28 August 2026 BOOK OF ABSTRACTS 224 Poster Session / Environment, Agriculture, and Forestry Hall A solid Ashby medium and a commercial BIOLOG EcoPlateTM kit to determine the average well color development (AWCD). Moreover, also an analysis of PGP effects was conducted (atmospheric nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, and ACC deaminase enzyme activity) on rhizosphere soils obtained after the termination of cultivation experiments. Physical and chemical soil characteristics (pH, conductivity, ICP-OES, TGA) were determined as well on the dried soils after the cultivation experiments. The results indicate that the application of all the application forms of bioinoculants with/ without PGPR led to an increase in the metabolic activity of the soil microbiome compared to the blank negative control sample.
