Závěr Maligní hypertermie a neuroleptický maligní syndrom mají odlišné příčiny a patogenezi, ale vykazují řadu stejných či podobných klinických symptomů. Patří mezi tzv. vzácná onemocnění, s ni- miž se lékař setkává velmi zřídka, zato s možným fatálním dopadem.
